At Grant Sauer Notary you can expect to be greeted with a smile and a cohesive team that is ready to go above and beyond to make your legal transaction as simplified as possible. We are a friendly bunch who is always happy to answer your questions and offer solutions. In Grant’s experience as a Notary he has seen all kinds of complex situations for real estate deals, and interesting issues with Wills as well. Nothing is too complicated for us to resolve. If/when we don’t have the answer, we will find it for you! Our office is conveniently located in Langley, just off the highway or we have an office in Vancouver and one on the Sunshine Coast as well. Should you be unable to make it to one of the offices, Grant, is always willing to travel to your home, hospital or office instead.

Grant Sauer

Outside of the office, Grant loves adventure! He loves to explore and he loves sports! All sports really! But, he especially loves to watch hockey or play hockey! You might find him on the ice playing hockey (twice a week) or you might run into him attending a hockey game as a season ticket holder for the Abbotsford Canucks. He loves camping, running, hiking, cycling, skiing, and exploring the outdoors.

Grant has had the opportunity to study extensively in a variety of areas. His education includes; a Certificate in Legal Studies and a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Western University. Grant’s education, life experience and comprehensive understudy opportunities from Notary mentors, enhance his ability to meet any legal needs in a professional, courteous and thorough manner.


About Samantha 

Samantha is happy to be a part of our team, working at our Langley office as a Legal Assistant and Conveyancer. Having 9 years’ experience in Real Estate Conveyancing Samantha is well versed in Sales, Purchases, Refinances, Private Mortgages, Manufactured Homes, Pre-Sales, Leases, and Band Land transactions. She enjoys the fast pace environment of conveyancing and can easily handle a large volume of completions.

In her spare time Samantha enjoys taking her two children on outdoor adventures, going to the gym, and participating in fun local activities.




About Rachel

Rachel works as a legal assistant at Grant Sauer Notary Public, bringing her skills and dedication to the team. Originally from Hong Kong, she started a new chapter in Canada in 2019. Before moving, Rachel studied Business Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and worked in corporate banking.

She thrives in fast-paced environments and finds fulfillment in her role in Real Estate Conveyancing, where she helps others achieve their dreams.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys an active lifestyle, hiking and exploring new places. Gardening is her passion, especially caring for indoor plants, which she finds rewarding and therapeutic.




About Yeshua

Yeshua Silwamba is a Legal Administrative Assistant at Grant Sauer Notary Public. He is currently on a pre-law track studying Political Science as well as minoring in English at Trinity Western University. Yeshua is not only fascinated by the law, he has a passion for legal matters as he sees them as a way to serve those around him. Besides being a student and Legal Administrative Assistant, Yeshua is also a varsity soccer athlete for Trinity and a semi-professional soccer player in the off season. Outside of work he enjoys to read, hanging out with his contemplative friends and spending time with his family.







Grant believes a thriving community is a successful community and a good community provides services and opportunities for its residents. Grant has had the opportunity to be involved in the community for nearly thirty years! For many years, Grant was involved and served as a leader in 4-H British Columbia. 4-H is a youth development organization that empowers young Canadians to become skilled, engaged and responsible leaders making meaningful contributions to the world around them. A safe, fun, and inclusive environment that prepares young Canadians to make a positive impact on their community, their country and around the world. He was the leader or the Langley Beef and Swine Club for four years and a proud father who led 4-H while his four children were part of the club. Grant Sauer himself is deeply committed to supporting the community. Grant is President- Elect for Rotary Club Langley Sunrise, and serves on a number of Rotary committees and community teams to help support the Club’s fundraising efforts. In addition, Grant Sauer Notary Public is involved with and supports various community groups and efforts involving youth, Seniors, health, sports, and agriculture. Grant has proven his dedication to the community and was recently honored as a leader with the Langley Chamber of Commerce Community Spirit Award for 2023.
